It is located in a very quiet street close to public transportation, restaurants, parks, shops, etc. Easy and quick access to downtown and "Art Nouveau" area and to the international station "gare du Midi".

Directions

From the international station « Gare du Midi », you take the direct tram n°55. Stop « Coghen » in the « Chaussée d'Alsemberg ». You walk in the street « Avenue Coghen » and you take the second street on your left ?Avenue des Cottages? and after the second street on your right. It is the street « Rue de Boetendael » where I live.
